All listing descriptions as
indicated above are based on manufacturerˇs packing information. Please
read through all descriptions and terms before placing a bid.

We reserve all right to refuse high
bidders having negative, hidden feedback, all non-registered bidders or
bidder with unpaid history.

Bidder must agree our
total price = [product price + postage fee + insurance
fee (optional)] before bidding.

Payment Details

We accept
Paypal payment only! Please note we do not accept money order,
personal check or bank transfer.

If you have no Paypal account, then
you still can use your credit / debit cards to pay via Paypal.

If you paid by e-cheque via Paypal,
we will send the item(s) to you after the payment was cleared. It normally
takes 5-7 business days for payment processing.

Payment is expected to be completed
within 3 days after auction closed. Unpaid auction
will be forfeited and eBay may suspend unpaid buyer account.

All items are sent out as ¨gift〃
format.
Delivery Details

Item(s) will be shipped out within 2
working days (expect Hong Kong public holiday and Weekend) after receipt of
a verified payment.

No local pickups are allowed.

All items
are directly shipped out as ¨gift〃 by normal international
airmail via Hong Kong Post Office (http://www.hongkongpost.com).
It normally takes approximately 7-18 working days for arrival. Some
countries like ITALY, SPAIN, CANADA and BRAZIL
may take longer due to long-time local custom check.

Hong Kong Post Office will not
provide any tracking number for normal international airmail. It is highly
recommended the buyer to pay insurance (sent by registered mail with
tracking number provided) if the buyer wants the item being insured. We are
not responsible for any loss of the mail if the item is not insured.

We only ship the item(s) to the
address according to eBay information. Buyer should make sure their shipping
information (include door no and shipping address) in eBay platform is
correct. We are not responsible for any loss of the mail if the shipping
information is incorrect.

We do not
ship the item(s) to P.O. Box. We will not take any
responsibility for the loss of the mail if buyer insists on shipping the
item to P.O. Box.

Please contact us in the period of
28 to 35 days from dispatched if you don't receive the item(s). Otherwise,
we would assume that the item(s) has been received.
Return Policy

All transactions are final and no
refund will be given. The only case to return the item is the defective or
wrong item.

Defective or wrong item will be
offered replacement only, no refunds or credits will be given.

All defective situations must be
reported within 3 days upon receipt of the items. After our confirmation of
item returning acceptance, the item must be returned as a resalable
appearance with original packing to our side within 28 days from the date of
our confirmation of item returning acceptance.

All returned items must be marked
with eBay ID, buyer email address, item number and
returning reasons (in English) for our process. It may take up
to 5 working days to process the returned item(s) after receipt. If you do
not mark above information for us, we are not able to follow up your case.

Buyer should be responsible for the
shipping fees of returned item(s).

Shipment fee and insurance are not
refundable in any case.
All sales for
personal care product are final, returns are not possible due to hygiene
reasons.
When you have some problem about the
item, Please contact our custom service first .For more smooth to follow up your
case, please mark down your eBay ID, email address, item number & returning
reasons in returning item ( in English) and
also notify us with details by email after item sent out..
